About me

My name is Caroline Khouri, a passionate Religious Education teacher and lifelong learner dedicated to nurturing the faith in young hearts. With a Master's in Liberal Arts focusing on theology, I've had the privilege of blending my academic background with my calling to educate and inspire. As the author of the Biblical ABC range, published by Parousia Media, I aim to make the faith accessible, engaging, and inspiring for families everywhere.

Every product at Pockets of Heaven is designed by our team to bring to life Jesus, Mary and the Saints. My hope is that our products inspire you on your journey of faith, to carry Jesus, Mary and the Saints in your pocket and everywhere you go. 

I feel deeply blessed in my faith journey, experiencing the love and goodness of God both here in my hometown of Sydney, Australia, and across many countries around the world. Pilgrimages to the Holy Land and participation in World Youth Day celebrations in Sydney, Panama, and Lisbon have been profound sources of inspiration, enriching my spiritual path in countless ways. Not to mention the awe-inspiring basilicas of Italy, the unforgettable experience of attending the Easter Vigil with Pope Francis at St. Peter's Basilica, and the profound witness of God's goodness during my missionary trip with Maronites on Mission in the Philippines.

I believe in creating more than just products – I strive to build a community rooted in faith and love eager to live out their faith.
